MA courts to review law barring non-resident gay marriages

The current law (passed in 1913) is thought to have been enacted to prevent interracial marriages of couples from other states where it was illegal. Now the Massachusetts Supreme Court is going to rule is going to rule on whether this is discriminatory. If struck down, this will be a huge can of worms opened regarding the Full Faith and Credit clause of the Constitution and gay civil marriage.
