Animal Groups Praise Sen. Rick Santorum

I almost fell out of my chair laughing at this headline.

"To me, it's part of a society that's caring, sensitive to life," Santorum said in a recent interview. "Obviously, the life of animals is fundamentally different than the life of a human being. But to me, we have a responsibility to God's creatures to treat them humanely, and the government's laws should reflect that."The story is actually about protection of animals from puppy mills and the like, but given the history of the gay-baiting Pennsylvania Senator equating homos with bestiality, well...maybe it's just that I'm tired, but it was hysterical. He thinks more about dogs and sex acts than your average joe. Way more.-- Rick "Man on Dog" Santorum
"In every society, the definition of marriage has not ever to my knowledge included homosexuality. That's not to pick on homosexuality. It's not, you know, man on child, man on dog, or whatever the case may be."-- Rick "Puppy Love" Santorum
