The Pro-Lynching Southern Six

Tuesday, June 14, 2005

What year is it, people?

Jon over at the Pensito Review let me snare this picture of the Southern Six that couldn't bring themselves to sign on to the apology for the Senate's past inaction against lynching, which passed yesterday.

Are any of these folks going to step up and say why they couldn't sign? Have their constituents with white sheets neatly pressed and hanging in the closet given them a call saying they won't contribute to their next campaign effort if the Senators signed on?
